Eventide The Linden Senior Living Apartments in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server SL to work part time 6:45am–3:15pm, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. The role provides meal service to residents under sanitary conditions, coordinating with the Nutrition and Culinary Services team to ensure timely operations.

Responsibilities

• Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals as well as other assigned cleaning duties.
• Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
• Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director (Coordinator) and/or Culinary Cook.
• Monitors daily menu items in order to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.
• Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
• Organizes and plans work schedule to meet times for serving.
• Operates dish machine according to directions. Pre-soaks and sorts dishes and utensils.
• Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items in the proper areas.
