Eventide The Linden Senior Living Apartments in south Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant / Server to provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions and in a respectful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition and Culinary Services department.

• Provide meal service to residents under sanitary conditions.
• Follow portion control size standards and food handling norms.
• Coordinate with Nutrition and Culinary Services staff to serve meals on time.

Responsibilities

• Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils and containers used to provide meals.
• Operates dish machine and assists in accepting vendor deliveries.
• Prepares menu items and organizes work schedule to meet serving times.
