Job summary

Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is seeking a part-time Culinary Assistant/Server to join our Lifespark Senior Living community in Farmington, MN. The 4pm-7pm shift supports residents with meals and dining services in a caring environment.

As a Culinary Assistant, you will help prepare, serve, and maintain dining areas while fostering a warm, respectful atmosphere for residents and families. Prior senior living experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally with residents and families.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room trays and tables, serve and bus, pour beverages, assist in food preparation and coverage.
• Transport carts and deliver trays to appropriate areas.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks to residents as needed.
• Maintain a steady work pace to ensure clean dishes and utensils are available.
• Soak, scrub, and wash soiled dishes.
