Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of CT Technology or similar.
Certified as a Registered CT Technologist by the ARRT.
Must have State CT license if applicable for locality.
Must have current CPR/BLS certifications.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is desirable.
Responsibilities
Accurately interprets physician orders and prepares CT Scanner equipment.
Administers contrast materials and assists patients during procedures.
Documents all aspects of the image acquisition process.
Participates in programs to measure and improve quality of care.
Performs and documents daily and weekly QA checklists.
