Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of CT Technology or similar.
• Certified as a Registered CT Technologist by the ARRT.
• Must have State CT license if applicable for locality.
• Must have current CPR/BLS certifications.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interprets physician orders and prepares CT Scanner equipment.
• Administers contrast materials and assists patients during procedures.
• Documents all aspects of the image acquisition process.
• Participates in programs to measure and improve quality of care.
• Performs and documents daily and weekly QA checklists.
