Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care in Westerville, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography studies in accordance with department protocols. The role requires a solid knowledge of radiologic safety and image quality, and the ability to work as part of a clinical team.

Responsibilities include explaining procedures to patients, operating the CT scanner, processing exams in PACS and NovaRIS, and assisting in training new technologists.

Qualifications

• Completion of course in Radiologic Technology approved by the ARRT
• Must hold a current Ohio Radiographer license
• Current certification as required by law

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
• Scan patients according to department protocols to produce high-quality images
• Process exams in PACS and NovaRIS
• Troubleshoot minor CT scanner and PACS issues and seek service help if needed
• Maintain radiation safety and comply with QA requirements
• Assist in training new technologists and support staff
