Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT RT(R) certification required; RT(R)
• Current BLS certification required.
• NV State radiology license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency CT studies according to department protocol; includes biopsy, drainage and thoracentesis.
• Obtain consent for contrast and assess allergy history; administer contrast per physician request.
• Perform post-processing and archive exam data; review studies for overall quality and communicate findings to Radiologist.
• Respond to CT and X-ray requisitions for various patients; organize workload and prioritize by acuity.
