Qualifications

• Willingness to complete CIF/NCS coaching certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with practice planning and execution.
• Support meet-day operations and communicate with athletes and families.
• Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of student-athletes.

Skills

Experience as a cross-country runner or coach

Strong understanding of distance running principles

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
