Qualifications

  • Previous coaching or playing experience in golf at the high school, collegiate, or professional level preferred.
  • Experience working with adolescents in coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, rules, etiquette, and player development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct engaging practices focused on golf fundamentals and course management.
  • Provide individualized feedback to support student-athlete development.
  • Supervise practices and matches; assist with transportation logistics and events.
  • Mentor student-athletes to build accountability, teamwork, integrity, and respect.
  • Collaborate with the Program Head, coaches, and Athletics Department; communicate professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with school and governing body policies; promote safety and inclusion.
  • Uphold the athletics mission by fostering belonging and continuous improvement.
