Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in critical incident preparedness and response.
• Extensive experience in law enforcement or public safety knowledge.
• Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Ability to develop policies and training materials while interpreting laws and policies.
• Experience establishing partnerships with public safety stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program planning and state government procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with others to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including reporting.

• Coordinate and deliver CIPR training to state/local agencies, first responders, and educational institutions.
