Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a part-time exempt counselor to provide on-campus counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals for students at the New England Institute of Technology (NEIT).

The role includes delivering wellness workshops, orientation sessions for new residents and families, and on-call emergency coverage as needed. Responsibilities also include completing documentation, maintaining confidentiality, and liaising with staff to support students' goals while upholding

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, or nursing.
• Crisis Intervention experience.
• Independent Licensure preferred (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide short term counseling to students on campus and refer students for additional clinical services.
• Coordinate wellness-focused workshops for all students.
• Present orientation for new resident students and families.
• Provide on-call emergency clinical services as needed.
• Complete billing, logs and clinical documentation per Thrive standards.
