Pacific Clinics in Grass Valley, CA, is seeking a part-time clinician to support a CSU for adults 18+ needing intensive stabilization. The role focuses on crisis response and stabilization, linking to community resources, and building permanent connections for individuals.
The program operates 24/7 to reduce hospital placements and promote strengths-based care. The position requires compassionate teamwork and the ability to work in community settings, with clinical duties documented under
(Part-time) Saturday and Sunday, from 8am to 5pm.

CSU: Is a 23hr 59min unit for adults 18+ who require Intensive stabilization services. The goal is to divert from 5150 and psychiatric hospital stays. We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative team members to help launch our new Nevada County CSU to provide strengths-based, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed stabilization support services. Oversees a program that provides 24/7 crisis response and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Intervenes with crisis behaviors while developing the individuals strengths and interests. Responsible for linking to community resources. Helps to create permanent connections for individual. May search, locate, and engage individuals' natural supports. Assists with transitioning individual to the lowest level of care needed.
