Job summary

Sky Zone Rogers, AR is seeking part-time Crew Members to support multiple park operations, from front desk to safety monitoring. You will interact with guests, help with events, and contribute to a clean, fun atmosphere.

No prior experience required, but you should be comfortable with large groups, able to lift 20 pounds, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during park hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park hours.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods; lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, memorable customer service to park guests.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment throughout the park.
• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues across departments.
• Support multiple stations such as front desk, cafe, and safety as needed.
