Scale AI invites leading creatives to join the Human Frontier Collective as a Creative Advisor. You will share your practice with Scale's research and ML teams, shaping how AI models learn your craft and what good collaboration looks like.

This paid, part-time role offers a flexible schedule and compensation at $300 hourly, with opportunities to develop new work and influence model development across disciplines.

Competenze

• We are looking for leading creators in their field who are interested in shaping AI and how it's changing creative work.
• No AI experience is required; your expertise in your craft matters most.

Mansioni

• Connect with other creators: Meet and learn from creatives and researchers across HFC and your industry.
• Shape work in your domain: Share the taste, judgment, methods, and creative decisions behind your practice to help inform model development.
• Create alongside the team: Collaborate on briefs and develop new work that helps explore what models can and cannot do in your field.
• Partner with ML and research teams: Define what "good" looks like in your field, review model outputs, flag where AI falls short, and give feedback that shapes how models learn your craft.
• Help peers understand the opportunity: Introduce other creators in your field to the program and share your experience contributing work.
