Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Creative Advisor for the Human Frontier Collective (HFC). The role invites a leading creator to collaborate with Scale’s research and ML teams, sharing expertise to shape AI model development in your field.

No AI experience is required; your craft matters most and a broad network in your domain is a plus. This is a paid, part-time position with a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with other creators across HFC and Scale.
• Shape work in your domain by sharing taste, judgment, and methods behind your practice.
• Create alongside the team by collaborating on briefs and developing new work.
• Partner with ML and research teams to define what good looks like in your field and review model outputs.
• Help peers understand the opportunity by introducing creators to the program and sharing your experience.
