Scale AI in the United States is seeking a Creative Advisor to work with our human-centric research and ML teams. You will bring your creative practice into direct collaboration, helping teams understand how work gets made in your field and shaping model development through briefs and feedback.

No AI experience is required; your domain expertise matters most, and being connected with others in your field is a plus. This is a paid, part-time role with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Connect with other creators: Meet and learn from creatives and researchers across HFC and your industry.
• Shape work in your domain: Share taste, judgment, methods, and creative decisions behind your practice to inform model development.
• Create alongside the team: Collaborate on briefs and develop new work exploring what models can and cannot do in your field.
• Partner with ML and research teams: Define what good looks like in your field, review model outputs, flag shortcomings, and give feedback that shapes learning.
