Job summary

Qualifications

• Full Service Bar experience is required.
• Alcohol Safety Training/TIPS or other accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly smile.
• Follow recipes for signature drinks.
• Enforce alcohol guidelines.
• Collect proper payment for each check.
• Ensure proper drink measurements per rules.
• Be knowledgeable about the Legacy Lodge and Islands.
• Able to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
• Stand and move during the length of shift.
