• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage bar inventory, stocking and ordering supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and bar supplies.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and refuse service when necessary.
• May prepare and serve food items at the bar.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
