Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and the public while screening per site policies.
• Screen individuals and belongings using approved procedures and equipment.
• Verify credentials, direct visitors, and communicate entry restrictions clearly.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Conduct patrols of public areas and perimeter locations as assigned.
