Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Package customer purchases and assist in transporting items to vehicles.
• Bring carts in from the parking lot and manage cart corrals.
• Clean registers, restrooms, break room, backroom; sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise; understand shelf tags and locate items.
• Pull products forward on shelves to maintain full, organized appearance.
• Check prices on products as needed and maintain front end supplies.
• Help train new courtesy clerks and support store policies.
• Deliver products to customers and assist in other departments as requested.
• Shovel, salt, and sand walkways as needed; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Work with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend to additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
