• Strong knowledge of young adult mental health issues and cultural competency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions addressing anxiety, depression, identity issues, trauma, and relationship concerns.
• Facilitate group counseling and create a safe, supportive environment.
• Offer crisis intervention, including risk assessment and management of immediate crises.
• Develop and deliver educational workshops for students, faculty, and staff.

• Maintain confidential records in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
