LifeSpan Therapy in Indianapolis is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time role at University Heights. You will support the occupational therapy team in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to residents and help restore daily living skills.

Minimum qualifications include COTA certification, Indiana licensure, and strong communication with residents and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• COTA certification from an accredited program.
• Valid Indiana state licensure to practice as a COTA.
• Indiana Operator's license required.
• Basic computer literacy to document resident records.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to the evaluation process under supervision.
• Provide direct resident care including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining supplies for therapy.
• Occasionally travel to other locations to provide therapy coverage.
