Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a school-based position in Georgetown, CO. The role focuses on direct therapy, assessments, and developing IEP plans for K-12 students in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an OTA program.
• Active Colorado COTA license.
• NBCOT Certification.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience working with children.
• Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and ability to identify and analyze areas of developmental and sensory-motor dysfunction.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students and conduct assessments.
