Tampico Healthcare Center in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care at our 128-bed skilled nursing facility in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or greater in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License in good standing.

Mansioni

• Treat patients as directed by licensed Occupational therapists.
• Record clinical documentation according to regulatory guidelines.
• Record daily treatment charges per billing guidelines.
• Instruct families and nursing staff regarding restorative/home programs.
• Communicate with supervisors and other health team members regarding progress and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
