Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the teaching field.
Teaches various courses, schedules, locations, and delivery methods as needed.
Uses coursework to help students realize their potential as learners.
Provides students with syllabi, policies, assignment instructions, graded evaluations and course materials.
Administers tests, including a comprehensive final exam to measure objectives.
Affirms the worth and dignity of all persons and the right to learn.
Maintains a constructive learning and assessment climate for in-person or distance learning.
Prepares for class and arrives promptly to meetings, labs, and scheduled activities.
Delivers material clearly and understandably.
Addresses student concerns via office hours and other means.
Handles routine procedures for day-to-day department operations.
