Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking adjunct faculty to deliver non-credit classes at Fort Wayne campuses as part-time positions. You will create engaging learning experiences, assess student progress, and adapt materials to meet corporate training objectives.

Responsibilities include teaching, evaluating, and maintaining records while leveraging adult-learning strategies and diverse teaching styles to support student success.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of current technologies for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-credit classes as assigned.
• Teach and train classes at worksite and/or campus locations within programming designed to meet specific company learning objectives.
• Utilize contemporary adult learning techniques as demonstrated in corporate training.
• Maintain records on student attendance, grades, and other information.
• Develop materials for effective curriculum delivery.
• Initiate and follow through on evaluation processes for training programs.
