Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on enterprise LMS administration, including Cornerstone CSOD customization and release management.
• Experience troubleshooting LMS integrations (HRIS data feeds, SSO) and building reports.
• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule and document work for hand-off.

Responsibilities

• Own Cornerstone configuration and permissions, OU structure, and system settings.
• Manage platform integrations and troubleshoot data flows and third-party connections.
• Build and maintain standard and custom Cornerstone reports and dashboards for enterprise and site-level needs.
• Document configuration decisions and hand off knowledge to the Learning & Development team.
