Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate in Branson Outlets to deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will surpass sales goals with product knowledge and storytelling, becoming a passionate brand ambassador who creates loyal fans through authentic engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in high-performance selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers at all levels. Flexible availability, nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours: up to 12 hours in base weeks, up to 21 hours in peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week.

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Represent Pandora as a passionate brand ambassador and deliver world-class service.
• Create memorable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge to build brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Support store operations and merchandising to ensure an on-brand experience.
• Mentor and assist new team members while living Pandora values.
