The role emphasizes brand advocacy, cross‑selling, and maintaining a high‑energy, on‑brand store environment. The position offers a flexible schedule, with nights, weekends, and holidays, typically 20 hours per week, and a potential for growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world‑class experience and surpass individual and store sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire customers to engage with Pandora.
• Build brand loyalty by creating memorable shopping moments and cross‑selling where appropriate.
