Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exemplify standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve menu cycle programs in compliance with dietary criteria and local regulations.
• Maintain cooking speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service and suggest operational improvements.
• Represent the community in a welcoming manner to support occupancy and revenue.
