Job summary

Agemark Senior Living in Oakdale, CA is seeking a Part-Time Cook who enjoys creating fresh meals for seniors in a warm, team-oriented kitchen. No late nights and flexible shifts help balance personal commitments while delivering great dining experiences.

You bring at least one year of hands-on cooking, a positive attitude, and strong communication with residents and coworkers. You’ll help with clean-up and maintain a safe, organized kitchen, while participating in special events and daily meal

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving seniors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and coworkers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to assist with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, flavorful meals for residents to enjoy.
• Build connections with residents and learn their preferences.
• Work as a team with dining staff and community team members to provide excellent service.
