Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a part-time COOK position at Century Care Bayview in New Bern, NC. You will prepare meals in accordance with recipes, ensure food safety, and support kitchen operations to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring correct temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Follows HACCP standards and maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
