Qualifications

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Maintains proper temperatures and attractive presentation of served items.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
• Follows glove, mitt, and PPE requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintains serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in inventory and ordering as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and assists in safety meetings.
