Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time cook to prepare high-quality meals according to recipes and diet orders. You will work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food prep, inventory, and storage of leftovers while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in kitchen roles at a hotel/restaurant or similar.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the culinary team.
