Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Part-time Cook to join the Sam Adams Taproom team. You will follow recipes, prepare food for all stations, and ensure quality, portion control, and presentation.

You will help manage costs through proper storage and labeling, maintain equipment awareness, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of culinary/kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in following recipes and using kitchen tech with precision.
• Excellent communication within the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to fill food orders with consistent taste and presentation.
• Prepares and sets up food for all stations per par sheet specifications.
• Assists in controlling food costs through proper storage, labeling, and rotation.
• Maintains awareness of equipment and food levels; reports concerns.
• Upholds safety and sanitation programs and completes checklists on time.
• Collaborates across kitchen and restaurant teams.
