We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Cook. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by using fresh ingredients to create nourishing meals from scratch. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a commercial restaurant.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide the highest level of culinary service and professional interaction to residents and staff.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment, be organized, flexible, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on assistance with residents' dietary needs and fulfilling special meal requests.
• Preparing meals from the menu plan and assisting with meal service.
• Maintaining cleanliness of production and service areas.
• Inspecting work, storage, preparation, and service areas to meet food safety standards.
• Following safe work procedures, including injury prevention, food safety, and infection control.
• Properly labeling and dating all food in storage areas.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
