Part-Time Cook
Hourly Rate: $15.75
This position is an on-campus, part-time, up-to 19-hour appointment based in Champaign, Illinois.
Anticipated Start Date in early August 2025.
The Child Development Center (CDC) Cook is responsible for preparing and providing breakfast, lunches, and afternoon snacks for CDC students and employees according to applicable nutrition, sanitation, and department guidelines. The Child Development Center Cook is an on-campus, part-time, 19-hours or less per week, non-union position on a schedule established by the CDC Assistant Director. The position requires timely preparation and delivery of food to classrooms and the ability to cook palatable food in large quantities. The Cook must also comply with detailed nutrition and public health guidelines and maintain up-to-date information and training.
