Job summary

MI Place Studio is seeking a part-time studio assistant to help with podcast production and content creation. You will set up gear, assist during recordings, welcome clients, and help grow the studio’s online presence with social content.

Ideal for someone learning studio workflows, with a passion for podcasts and media. This in‑person role offers 2–6 hours weekly, primarily evenings and weekends, with pay at $14/hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for podcasts, content creation, or media.
• Comfortable learning cameras, audio and recording equipment.
• Reliable, organized and personable, with on‑camera presence.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok or YouTube for promos.

Responsibilities

• Set up cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording equipment.
• Welcome clients and help create a great recording experience.
• Assist during podcast recordings and maintain the studio after sessions.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and help promote the studio online.
