As part of the interdisciplinary care team, you will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and contribute to care plans and wound/weight change recommendations. Requirements include CDR credential and Virginia dietetics licensure; a strong communication style

Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.

• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
