Flagship Kansas is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Construction Technology courses at the El Dorado Correctional Facility. The role involves teaching various subjects such as OSHA10, Carpentry, Electrical, and HVAC & Plumbing.

Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of construction industry standards and processes, along with a commitment to helping students succeed. Strong communication skills and the ability to lift heavy equipment are also essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong commitment to helping students succeed.
• Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Teach Construction Technology courses at El Dorado Correctional Facility.
• Maintain effective professional interactions with students and staff.
• Complete assigned work accurately and meet deadlines without reminders.
