Hartford Home Design is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a part-time, on-site role in Eugene, OR. You will oversee residential design-build projects from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and client updates while ensuring plans, specs, and codes are followed.

Daily duties include tracking schedules, budgets, change orders, site meetings, permits, inspections, and safety and quality standards across all projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential design-build or general contracting is required.
• Proven ability to schedule, coordinate, and communicate with clients and trades.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and inspections.
