Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn finishing work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-motivate.

Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning of construction sites and some hand digging.
• Use power tools, perform power washing, and do minor landscaping work.
• Measure, caulk, dry wall, and paint as needed.
