Job summary

Notre Dame Prep Upper School in Pontiac, MI is seeking an enthusiastic Congressional Debate Coach to lead and mentor high school students in competitive speech and debate. • Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Plan and lead regular practices, drills, and competition preparation.
• Teach Congressional Debate rules, procedures, research strategies, and effective speaking techniques.
• Mentor students in developing speeches, legislation, and research.
• Prepare and accompany students to local, regional, and national tournaments as needed.
• Create a positive, challenging, and inclusive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
