Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a Concession Attendant at Calder Casino to provide friendly guest service, prepare and sell menu items, and handle cash transactions in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, maintain cleanliness, and stay knowledgeable about daily menus and prices.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to work flexible hours. A high school diploma and the ability to obtain a gaming license are preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• One-year concession experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Greet guests approaching service area.
• Prepare and sell all food items on the menu and handle cash transactions.
• Clean and sanitize all food service equipment.
• Operate all equipment in the stand.
• Maintain knowledge of daily menus and prices.
• Ensure proper stock of product and supplies for service.
• Open and close inventories.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Perform stand clean-up to maintain presentation.
