Job summary

You will coach weekends and evenings with a focus on swimmers of various ages and abilities, maintaining professionalism and safety standards. Competitive swimming background and coaching experience are required, along with ARC lifeguard/CPR certifications and USA Swim Coach

Qualifications

• Extensive background in competitive swimming.
• Experience as a swim instructor or swim coach for at least 2 years.
• Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach competitive swimmers of all ages and abilities.
• Run workouts without supervision.
• Attend and coach weekend meets.
