Responsibilities include assisting with practices, conducting coaching sessions, and collaborating with parents. Ideal applicants should have prior coaching experience, good communication skills, and a passion for swimming. Certifications in CPR and safety training are preferred. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of coaching experience is preferred.
• Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities is essential.
• CPR/AED, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, and in good standing with USA Swimming.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Lead stroker coach with practice 3 times a week.
• Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety.
• Conduct group coaching sessions and provide feedback.
• Monitor participants’ progress and adjust training methods.
• Maintain a safe swimming environment adhering to regulations.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to communicate progress.
• Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants.
