Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms for services and events. Physically moves and sets up chairs, tables, easels, podiums, photos and other personal keepsakes or mementos of client families.
• Displays floral arrangements and other items; may arrange caskets and urns.
• Prepares table for refreshments and serves food as permitted by state/local regulations.
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization during events.
• After events, packs up mementos and provides to the family or arranges delivery.
• Cleans and sanitizes rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas; handles laundry and restocks supplies.
• Greets families and guests; anticipates needs and addresses concerns with professionalism.
• Performs general cleaning duties (dusting, vacuuming, mopping) and trash disposal.
• Notifies management of emergency maintenance issues.
• Maintains order by restocking and organizing facility items as needed.
