Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida is seeking a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, and dependable to help a young female with I/DD achieve independence. The role is on an independent contractor basis with compensation of $16 hourly, serving Saint Augustine, FL.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4pm-7pm, and every other weekend with flexible hours. Responsibilities include ADL support, safety, daily notes, and community outings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant training.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events and community outings.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

The individual is young female in need of a companion to support with ADL's, supervision and transportation in community outings.

By applying for this position, you acknowledge and understand that this role is offered on an independent contractor basis, and not as an employee of the company. The role pays $16.00 hourly.

Schedule
