No caregiving experience is required; we’re welcoming reliable, caring people who want to make a positive difference in the community and earn up to $17 per hour with bonuses. The Papa app coordinates visits and mileage benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle year or newer.
• Caring, patient and reliable personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and light home support.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Assist with daily activities and offer engaging company.
• Use the Papa app to select visits and manage your schedule.
• Maintain safety and communicate concerns promptly.
