Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Windsor Locks, CT. Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses and mileage reimbursement for transportation visits.

Work on a flexible schedule using the Papa app, typically 2–4 hour visits, with no prior caregiving experience required. We welcome compassionate individuals who are 21+, can pass background checks and motor vehicle reports, and have access to a smartphone and a valid vehicle.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with light housework and errands.
• Offer transportation assistance and accompany visits.
• Use the Papa app to select hourly visit opportunities and create your own schedule.
