Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Conimicut, RI is hiring part-time companion caregivers. Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses and mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, with flexible scheduling via the Papa app, typically 2–4 hour visits.

Responsibilities include providing companionship, helping with light tasks, running errands and transportation as needed, and maintaining a caring, respectful environment with clients. No prior healthcare experience required, and 2+ hours weekly availability is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and auto insurance.
• Smartphone and a vehicle year or newer.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring personality.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly company to older adults and families.
• Help with everyday tasks around the house, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and prep for medical appointments.
• Run errands and provide transportation as needed.
• Create a caring, patient environment and maintain a respectful relationship with clients.
